Response time
We reply to every message within one business day — usually sooner. We're based in Toronto, so we're on Eastern Time.
Existing orders
If you've already placed an order and have a question or change, mention your baby's name and order date so we can find you quickly.
Gifting & bulk orders
Ordering for a baby shower, a hospital gift shop, or a corporate client? We'd love to talk. We offer special pricing for orders of 5 or more.
